Teams are to arrive 15 mins prior to game time.  Once game is concluded ALL Players head to Notre Dame for Skills Events, Pizza and Pop and for Trophy Presentations.  Each player recieves an AllStar trophy awarded based on the final game played March 6th.  Each game has a champion and finalist team so ALL players have a chance to be a champion on the last day of the season!!

 

WE are tight on timelines so we need everyone's co-operation getting these season ending celebrations completed.  Remember this may be the last time you see your coach for the season.  Be sure you communicate how much you appreciate their efforts this season.  Without these fine volunteers Burlington Basketball would not exist and your chance to play organized basketball would disappear.  Be sure to let them know how much you appreciate their volunteer efforts in a true AllStar way!!

 

Dunkers?  You are encouraged to attend Notre Dame at 12:15 as the first chance you will have to make a legal dunk.  If you try at 12:!5 instead of 3:45 then the Atom and Bantam Boys will get a chance to watch and dream of a Dunkman Award of their own.

NOTE to Parents:  Halton Schools have  a rule in place for entry into and out of the schools we rent.  The Rule states that entry is limited to 15 mins at the beginning and end of a rental.  This means if you are late or leave and come back the school doors MAY be locked.  It is a hit and miss issue that is specific to the custodial staff at a particular school.  It is recommended that if you arrive and the doors are locked during the session that you go to the GYMS Outside entrance doors and pound loudly.  Someone will hear you and let you in.  Burlington Basketball has no control over this policy and it is in effect for any organization that rents the school.  It is understandable for the safety of the children and the school staff.
