Policies and Forms are a constantly evolving process in a not-for-profit organization run by volunteers like Burlington Basketball.  As such Policies and Forms are effective of the date uploaded to our website.  In the event a form or policy is required to change then the effective date of that form's implementation is it's posting on this website by the club and will be in effect the date it is posted.
