Boys & Girls ages 8-14+ looking to get an edge on the upcoming Rep Tryouts.
Day/Times
Boys and Girls Aged 8-10 - 6:00pm - 7:30pm Tuesdays and Thursdays (Court 1 and Court 2)
Girls Aged 11-13 - 6:00pm - 7:30pm Tuesdays and Thursdays (Court 2)
Boys Aged 11-13 - 7:30pm - 9:00pm Tuesdays and Thursdays (Court 1 and Court 2)
Boys and Girls Aged 14+ - 7:30pm - 9:00pm Tuesdays and Thursdays (Court 3)
Key Features
Skill Enhancement: Prep for Rep focuses on improving fundamental basketball skills such as dribbling, shooting, passing, footwork, and defensive techniques. Participants will receive expert coaching from experienced basketball trainers who will employ progressive training methods to help athletes develop their abilities.
Game Understanding: The program emphasizes strategic basketball concepts and game awareness. Athletes will learn about offensive and defensive strategies, team play, court spacing, pick-and-roll situations, and other essential aspects of the game. This knowledge will enable them to make better decisions on the court and contribute effectively to team success.
Physical Conditioning: To compete at the rep level, athletes need to be in optimal physical condition. Prep for Rep includes a well-rounded physical development component for athletes of all ages.
